  • Items must be in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
